Film: Recovery Month

Campus on the Common

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, UMass Boston will briefly return to its downtown roots and take over the Boston Common on October 7. Chancellor J. Keith Motley will kick off the Campus on the Common morning program by leading a procession from the State House to the Boston Common for a ceremony that will include a special music program and remarks by key dignitaries, including Dr. Victoria Reggie Kennedy. The afternoon's events, which include tent talks, an academic showcase, and musical entertainment, are free and open to the public.
